Afraid this the story of this share. Drills plenty of holes but mines nothing.
Of course they would not be time specific but a guide to when payments become payable .for example on entering phase 2 or phase 3 trials would put us in the picture. If I remember correctly the figure for royalties was very vague being high single digit to low double digit percentage of sales. That to me says anything between 8 and12 %. Remember iSareun was only the small player in the deal so didn't have a lot of say in the legalities
Every time there is a statement from Sierra expectations are raised that a milestone payment may be due. If and when such a thing occurs it will be by a separate RNS and will not be flagged beforehand as it is price sensitive. All this seculation could be alleviated if Sareum came out and explained when they become payable. That is if they know themselves.
Having worked for this company until retirement/redundancy I had accumulated many shares over those years. I have reduced gradually overtime so only a few 1000 are left but feel their time will soon be up as the drift seems unstoppable. You would think by reducing headcount and agreeing the pension payments would be a positive but no as there is no jam tomorrow just further flatlineing.
Having watched the webcast you cannot be anything but positive about the future of the company but the response sharewise has been pretty negative. Maybe we have heard it before.
Thank you Johnnie. I am a little worried as I feel that the planning committee having rebuffed us twice may feel that they have us on the run and refuse us again and whilst the site has value it is nothing without the license to extract.
Can't believe the company allowed this to run out of time.Looking like a two bit operator. With local elections next month is it surprising that the council defers all.
It's all very well getting hot under the collar with the council nor granting more time for the North Kelsey drilling but Egdon must be held partially responsible since it had 3 years to do something and didn't. I fear that Biscathorpe may go the same way as Abbot seems a bit lackadaisical with this and Wressle and we have too much tied to them
Whilst in agreement with your sentiment on the present government it is not all down to May. Others including Clark,Johnson and Davis are not up to scratch but be careful a general election could herald even worse with Corbyn and corporal McCluskey ending any tracking or onshore drilling.
No I shall not be ramping if this share does eventually rise as I have been on board for 8 years and own in excess of 5 million shares at an aggregate of 1.3. I am just exhausted by the fact that any good news and rise in share price is immediately depressed by another placing.
LM is like a lot of wind bags. When it comes to the crunch they easily deflate as JM found when he threatened to close Grange mouth. LM left with sxxt in his pants
That 10k sell was actually me topping up. Not wishing to believe that MA is asleep on the job!
