What the fck
Having only just read the minutes of the Rathlin community liaison meeting I am pleased with the fullness and detail of the document but I am totally perplexed that shareholders of thejoint venture were excluded from such information and relied on gossip and titbits for the last 2 months. If either UJ or RBD were privvy to this then it should have been transmitted via RNS and if they weren't it says a lot about Rathlin
Egdon don't seem to have the resources to deal with more than one thing at a time. I have mentioned this before when they have been perceived as being slow out the blocks. I think they have put a lot of effort into this Wrestle enquiry that if it is not successful they will be in financial dire straits as a lot of their acreage was seen as fracking and that now is dead in this country hence their sp drop today.
Whilst Brexit might offer challenges the prospect of a Corbyn government would be more worrying. He has said that he would reduce North sea oil so what would he do about on shore drilling? We all know what McCluskey,s cohorts did in relation to Wrestle so a different approach in O&G A could have devastating effect on UJO
Another year and again jam tomorrow. Having been here 9 years I am getting bored with Same old same old. As Potnak says 2 years ago we would have treated this differently but 2 years on and no milestones because our saviour has run out of money and no deals even on the horizon for Tyk2 because it isn't even ready so 1801 and 1802 are just pipe dreams as we will soon run out of money.
With a market cap of just 12M why would anyone pay more than 30M for us. If our compounds are so good where are the deals. This company has ambitions and potential for the last 10 years and the sp is where it is. 1.5p would get most shareholders in profit.
I believe that if the movement in the SP as seen over the last 4 days had been a rise without any obvious reason there would have been an RNS to the effect that the company was unaware of any reason why it should have risen. ie a speeding ticket. Since the opposite has happened should the company have not issued a similar statement.
I think that the RNS is just the same as previously. No new info just a retake on before. Little comfort for PI's in fact the rate of cash burn not updated so not known when company will need to go to the well again. Hence the SP drop.
Having been in this share for 9 years I became disallusioned awhile back and came to the conclusion that it had become a lifestyle company when the irrelevant Parker and the neds were appointed. Whilst my modest amount are unlikely to aid your stand I whole heartily agree with your motivation and wish you success
Came home to this surprising drop in the share price and can only conclude that some pi's are not confident about the result of the EWT. Through his demeanor in all the interviews DB has always shown a glow of confidence about WN but ends by saying there is still a risk. This risk is of course that the gas and condensate/ oil does not flow sufficiently to make the well viable. For those PI,s that have been in for a time and sitting on good profits then selling now may be an option whilst others are prepared to sit tight and wait for the results knowing that success will propel the sp skyward but failure make a severe dent that they are prepared to risk. Which ever way the price goes from now I feel it is giving the bold a chance to increase their holding and newcomers a chance to invest in the chance of a lifetime.
