if i`m honest it`s been the worst few weeks of my life. first i was told i will never work again ( aged 48 ) because of imminent paralysis coz of an untreatable rare condition , then my dad was pronounced dead whist i was there 2 weeks ago 10 a.m. tomorrow. never been so low but i suppose it`s life mate

like IH has been getting lessons from junior again ; )

that`s a welcome tonic to end the week on , let`s hope the gains are held and built on next week.
