there is no doubt the progress has been solid in the last few months here , but i did state for me there were still a couple of caveats from the rns on 28th. the final $9mil was moved to this current 1/4 ( instead of putting it to bed with immediate payment ) , and then it`s successful relocation settlements in the first 1/4 of next year. add the fact that lanstead don`t care what is left in their wake and a crappy market in general , you don`t have the perfect storm but you have very unsettled waters imo. gla
