1p share price is £500,000. That is what I would call fair value if Peel Hunt want this listing.

The current market cap is a joke! Less than £200,000. Legal fees cost more than that to do a main market listing. Peel Hunt TR1 logged? It is NT to buy.

I hold a million shares and have voted against the cancellation. The big Q remains why PH have bought 10%! It is pocket change to them to acquire the entire company for even 500,000 pounds (1p a share) and use it as a RTO vehicle for a client. DYOR

Why would they suddenly take a 10% stake in this 150,000 pounds cash shell unless it involves some type of M&A/RTO? They can surely afford to pay 1p a share and take us over!

the float is very tiny here so any reasonable buying will see us back in the 0.50p range. Another TR1 from PH and it will be NT to buy as we just saw this morning.

Thanks Neil. I was "playing" elsewhere yesterday so missed yesterday's news here. The BOD/AF have overseen massive destruction of value here but the shell has no debt and is currently priced at 150,000 pounds. Chump change for PH. If they are fronting for one of their clients, they can easily pay 1p for the rest of the float held by us mug PI's.

MM's offering me 0.27p for all my 1m shares, they can have them for 1p a share.

If PH are adding more and release another TR1, I think we will be back into the 0.50's and possibly higher. Cancellation is proposed for 27 May I believe so still a month to go and a lot can happen in that time. PH releasing a TR1 yesterday means something is going on behind the scenes.

This could bag or two bag from here easily.

Peel Hunt angle has certainly become interesting. I am still holding 1m shares at an average of 0.5p. As I always said, the Cash Shell, with no debt,would be attractive to someone and even 1p a share is only 500,000 pounds. It costs more to form and list a new cash shell so is PH buying this for a client?

Today should get interesting, especially if PH add more.

Penguins, what price do you expect the SP to hit if they find oil pools?

Yesterday helped to lower the RSI which was showing as overbought, now we have a steady base for a higher SP IMO. Hopefully IG have been flushed out now. Same thing happened at ECHO, LO took the price down to 0.022p and it bagged shortly after in a day when they were out. Could we see the SP back in the 0.010p range today?

Expecting SP to move back to the 80's and 90's with a good wind today, hopefully.
