Fantastic news here this morning. The Placing seems to have been designed to let mates in at a low SP before the newsflow starts.

The BOD should have taken up JB's offer. We have been truly shafted.

Still 10% below placing price, I am loading up down here. Now holding 10m shares. 0.22p looks game on later today IMO. I intend to top slice and hold any free carry till at least 0.30p.

AIM is news driven, no doubt the placing has dented sentiment but that is why AIM stocks exist, to raise cash on the market!

I am thinking we may see a run up to 0.22p very soon.

My policy is to get out before a placing and get in after a placing so that the downside is limited. A good opportunity to get in here below the placing price. AIM is for trading , not for investing IMO.

NT to buy at 0.19p, the placing would have been forward sold so looks like the overhang is gone and I expect the SP to rise up from here.

Just a matter of time when news drops and the SP goes back to 0.20p plus. At 0.13p, it is a gift IMO.

The SP has been trashed from 40p one year ago to 4.5p now and they award themselves paper at 1p with a 9.45p target as an incentive.

They should at least target 20p!

Frimsby needs to come up with a better offer. Even if he were to distribute the entire 1.2m sale proceeds, that is about 2.3p a share, better than the joke that he is dangling before shareholders at the moment. The SFO should be called in to examine where all the cash has disappeared to and to determine if the BOD is really independent as they are trying to make out.

Give us at least 2.5p a share !!

Good to see the SP going in the right direction today.

The FCA can't stop him from being a shareholder in the firm even if he is not approved as CEO. The FCA would not wish to see AMGO fail given all the financial crisis going on from the SVB fallout IMO.
