Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said on Sunday that rescue teams determined the exact location of the helicopter accident involving the country's President Ebrahim Raisi.
"A few minutes ago, a signal was received from the scene from a helicopter and the phone of one of the crew members," an IRGC commander said, as cited by Iranian media and added that military personnel are on their way to the site. The condition of Raisi and other people on board remains unknown.
Earlier, media reported the helicopter had been found, but the Iranian Red Crescent denied the claims.
