What Mick Lynch said, which surprised me, is that privatised corporations cannot become state owned, because of EU competition rules.
I think he is wrong as this is also a widely held simplistic Brexiteer view.
The EU rules as I understand them is the EU has to consider and rule on any proposed state owned proposal. It has the final say, but may AGREE to state ownership.
Look at EDF the French want to take 100% as against the approx. 80% it already owns

Russian forces fired missiles on Saturday striking infrastructure in the port of Odessa, the Ukrainian Operational Command South announced on Telegram.

There’s something desperately pathetic about a govt that insists on a hard Brexit and borders and ‘control’ and then whines in the Tory press to its Little England audience about the nasty French and the mean EU… when their bigoted Brexit inevitably turns out to be ****.

Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said on Friday the country will monitor all grain shipments from Ukrainian ports in compliance with the agreement that was made earlier today.
In addition, the Turkish defense minister revealed he will again meet with his Russian counterpart Sergey Shoigu and Ukrainian officials in the coming days to discuss the shipment of grain from the Black Sea.
The long-awaited grain accord was signed earlier by the representatives of Moscow, Kiev, Ankara, and the United Nations, while Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan added that the grain corridor would begin operating soon, unblocking 80 ships that are allegedly stuck at Ukrainian ports.
