Serbia's Defense Ministry in a statement denied reports which stated that there were conflicts between Serbian troops and the Kosovo Police.
"The Serbian Army did not cross the administrative line and did not in any way enter the territory of Kosovo and Metohija," the ministry noted, going on to accuse Pristina of spreading disinformation on social media.
In its own statement, the Kosovo Police said there are currently no confirmed injuries, advising citizens against believing misinformation spread by some media outlets looking to "destabilize the situation" and "create panic."
