This phrase was used in relation to connecting with old colleagues. The more relevant phrase, by which we should indeed be encouraged, was 'Munich bound for #bioeurope2023 and looking forward to a busy schedule of partnering meetings and networking.'

90% chance of a positive outcome on the current SCIB1 trial. Why sell with such a high probability of imminent success (and subsequent partnering opportunities) ? I suspect you'll find few if any better risk propositions in the pharma sector.

Further good results on SCIB1 this year followed by even better results for iSCIB1+ will, I hope, see a very nice partnering deal before end 2024....with hopefully a few glycan deals in the meantime

Wigwammer - I believe the 2031 date in the results was an error and was posted out by other posters on Tuesday. I can't recall what the correct date was - maybe 2039.

If they are stating that they have cash to last till 2025 then this may well imply that they have received a stage payment from Genmab after 30th April (and hence it doesn't show in these results).

Hi Jamboian as discussions were underway before the deal maker joined I'm hoping that things could be concluded relatively quickly without the need to start from scratch. Here's hoping...

We need some commercial news to create more solid gains. Whilst the trail news is excellent and bodes very well for the future it does not put money on the table. IMO won't be long before we get something commercial....

SCIB1 (or iSCIB1+) will be worth a £1 share price on its own in due course. It only needs to generate £100m pa annual income to SCLP for the company to be worth £1bn. Given that the market is worth at least $1.5bn (and possibly a lot more if iSCIB1+ address all patients) this should be easily achievable if we get a licensing deal that give SCLP mid teen % royalties.

Indeed, it does look like there is a buyer in the background give the stability in the face of the early sells (hopefully I haven't just jinxed it !)

can you patent a combination ? Is it not the individual drugs that have patents and the combinations are simply medical decisions ?

How would buying SCIB1 allow BMS to extend their YERVOY patent ?

The recovery was built on the increased confidence in the revenue growth and the forthcoming news flow regarding lab contracts, product launches and trial results. The recovery, as is normal, has been set back by the impatience of short term investors but it will resume with the emergence of the anticipated news flow.

Even the most ardent sceptic must admit that the persistence of the buying is unusual. IMO either somebody wants a lot of stock and the MM's are working a big order or there is decent news afoot...
