Because for you only GGP numbers matter right. What a plonker. Share markets are forward looking. That involves making assumptions about the future of the business based on what is know today. Stop being a dlck by suggesting that anyone else that is forward looking is ramping or spinning stories. Taking a future view implicitly requires making assumptions.

Great advice Tymers. I do agree that some IIs would prefer a positive business case via a PFS / FS before investing their clients money. Risk management is key for IIs and they prefer certainty over uncertainty. 2023 when the first revenue arrives in GGP coffers I hope/expect the SP to reflect a fair valuation for GGP. Currently the SP is being discounted for the risks which will only be alleviated when revenue is guaranteed.

Sounds like you made a mistake buying GGP as you don’t seem to have any faith in GGPs future prospects. The industry has been ridden down this calendar year, GGP has not been immune. GDXJ hit a 52 week low last week … and last week GGP hit a low for this year. Too many on this board seem to live here all day Monday to Friday. Do yourself a favour and find a hobby. Investing shouldn’t be about watching the share price like a hawk. You buy and let the business get on with it. Go about your life. Turn on notifications for any company announcements and get away from here. What’s the point in posting repetitive negativity here everyday? Clearly it’s not filling you joy and we could do without the doom and gloom here.

If we all report the same pests then admin has to take notice and act accordingly. When GGPs share price rises they don’t say a peep. I assume only real losers spend their short life choosing to troll share boards. Like wow, what real men they’ve become, their parents would be well proud. On the good news front once gold is being produced we’ll all be wealthy investors and they’ll still be sad little trolls :-)

the fundamentals are screaming that GGP is worth a lot more today's SP. the hardest part is sitting and waiting. on the flip side its easy money for us, sit back and let GGP/NCM do the hard work.
