GDXJ's initial purchase of GGP last year caused a stir. that is just a sample of what happens when big money arrives. imagine what happens when the really big money arrives, an easy example is GDX once GGP become miners.

patience..... remember that PI's still make up 80+% of the share registry. so once GGP ticks the relevant boxes and becomes available for a myriad of ETFs and II's to buy, then watch the big money arrive as they buy in. right now is the time to 'front run' the II's via buying and holding. we know the PFS, FS and DTM are all coming within the next 12 months. those are the massive catalysts needed for the boxes to be ticked. use today's share price to keep loading up and view it as an opportunity rather than a problem. this is a gift right now, it may not feel like it as we grind along each day. however just wait for them.... PFS, FS and DTM.

step back a minute and look big picture. investing requires research, time and patience. sometimes you get lucky by buying and then boom rocket ships. most times you don't though. trust your research and wait.

zoros please stop the ramping and keep it realistic. no way in hell the resource is officially trebling this year. TMT is spot on. they have drilled the bejesus out of it for the 4.2mOz last December. this year the focus is on growth drilling, not infill drilling. if you are not a geologist then please do not ramp GGP, we've had enough of that the last year. this is a slow and steady race, not a sprint.

Worth noting the difference between price and value. Price is what you pay and value is what you think it is really worth. Where the price is less than value in your mind, that would mean GGP is a buy right. The asymmetric upside here is why GGP is a screaming buy.

Shaun was with Northern Star for 6 years or so. This is not an overnight multibagger, but it is a multibagger for the patient.

It is has been said many times before, we are early to the party which is a good thing. We haven't missed the boat. We have the chance to front-run the future institutional investor shareholders, by buying now and holding. Following the PFS, FS and DTM they will come in droves. The share registry is still predominately private investors. This makes it an opportunity right now. Change your lense and see what is really before your eyes!

Freddie perhaps you need to listen closely to what Alistair said. So many short term SP moaning statements day after day here. Alistair explains it well. Final point, it is better to be early to the party than to arrive 3am and everybody is leaving. We are here early, before the major institutional investor arrive. that is smart on our behalf, for when the big money arrives looking for shares boom, off to the races. This could include the likes of GDX if we qualify one day, and other large ETFs that have to add us to their holdings. think of it as effectively 'front running the II's'. we just need to wait until this officially becomes a mine and then see where the SP lands, a few bags from today's price that's for sure !!

Yeah he is unhappy having to sell that many shares at these prices. Sadly that’s the way it goes sometimes.

some are forced to sell for personal reasons eg. property purchase. we found out today someone had to sell 1mill shares to fund their deposit. such is life.

Shaun articulated the most obvious share price catalysts. In the meantime, chill out and enjoy the summer rather than micro-analysing the daily SP chart.
