RE: GGP PFS Enquiry Response16 Aug 2021 15:15
If you look on Newcrest's website you can see example of feasibility studies. Havieron needs to be formally assessed and approved by their Board. No corner cutting here. All the data being gathered the last few years will be used for the PFS. It will be a detailed document. Once formally approved by the Board, they will then approve funding to cover the next stage in the process..... the feasibility study. The FS will be finalised sometime in 2022 and then have to be approved by the Board. Once given the green light and the formal Decision to Mine is confirmed, it is all systems go.
I agree with everyone that all fingers point to a DTM being approved. All the recent presentations, recent news articles, etc highly indicate GGP are going to be partial owners of a gold/copper mine. However we need to allow NCM/GGP to go through the proper processes that are expected from all shareholders, the Western Australian government, plus relevant mining authorities. The process is freely available online for anyone who wants to do their own research.
