7.30 a.m. on 26 July 2023 Trading in ordinary shares of Itsarm plc suspended from trading, pending the outcome of the court hearing into the winding-up petition

10.30 a.m. on 26 July 2023 Court hearing of the winding-up petition at the Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL

If the court approves the winding-up petition and makes the winding-up order the Official Receiver of the Insolvency Service will be appointed to act as liquidator with immediate effect

7.00 a.m. on 27 July 2023 If the court approves the winding-up petition and makes the winding-up order, cancellation of the Company's ordinary shares from trading on AIM will become effective

In the event that the court does not make the winding-up order on 26 July 2023, cancellation will not take place on 27 July 2023 and the Company would make a further update at that time, as appropriate.

I have done my own business too,

It gets stressful sometimes and longer hours wasn’t ending. Sometimes working for others is good as you have to work for the hours your contract is .I have always worked hard and still do. Neve call sick unless I can not move lol . I have never ever been late to my work ,always in 30mins earlier every morning and never asked for extra pay which won’t ask not me.They see my hard work and results.

I must say , I made good money since I sold most of my holding from val . I also had very busy week in work by Smashing my target in 4 days rather then doing in a month . So I’m over the moon :) .

I am also on track to bring 1.4million for the company I work for this year. Having another pay rise which is going to make me even happier this year :).

Sometimes making tough decisions,it makes life better :)
