Magnetic inversion results of the magnetic high anomalies within the Porphyry South target area highlight a very significant buried magnetic body at depth

As a result of the above, a further 12 claims have now been staked covering 248 acres (1.0 km2) of additional ground around Porphyry South, as well as ground east of the Pilot Mountain Project which is expected to provide additional area for planned future mining infrastructure

Have been told that the ex date applies to the issue of B shares in the same way as to the ex dividend date.

So presumably if I were to sell all my VSL shares tomorrow before 6:00pm, I would not be issued with any B shares. Is that correct?

This return is not a dividend so the usual ex-divi date being a day before the record date does not apply.

Further Conditions and Timing Update

The Acquisition is expected to become Effective in H1 2024, subject to the satisfaction (or, where applicable, waiver) of the Conditions.

So on the one hand we have:
