Quite right that PI's (and IIs for that matter) should vote against this kind of outrageous remuneration policy. One thing if value is delivered to shareholders, but failure should not be rewarded. Have only commented on this share, a long time ago. I was bearish then and I still am now. A falling sp and rising exec pay is a huge red flag. Barge pole anyone?

But- the Bod at this time does not need to draw the 99m, therefore until it does so, it still trades solvent and doesn't have to go into pre pack? Leaving the door slightly ajar for an offer?

The only possible hope for an extension as I see it is that the rns stated that milestones had to be reached "by April 8th" not on, or by close of trading etc. So it could be read that we are now into injury time already.
But I think that is pushing it.
