I think MA will bid about 25p per share, whats that? Say 300m I think. Then he will stump up another couple of hundred Mill to keep Deb going, so maybe 500m then say a couple hundred mill in the immediate payments due, so yeah about 700million when alls done. I am certain his bid will have no pre conditions and the Bod and shareholders will accept immediately.
It will only take a few decades to get his money back, so well worth the risk.
Just my opinion, of course, DYOR, IMO bla bla bla.

Great Maze, I'm sorry but those statements are pretty clear and can't be further clarified. All I would is that you read beyond the "refinancing secured" bit and take not of the conditions that need meeying here for the second half of the cash.

As you know I'm not one to give a commentary on my positions, least not because whenever anyone says 'i have just bought x or y' no one believes them anyway!
All I will say is that I have fewer positions and more cash than I did at the start of this week.
It is an interesting 'what will happen next' situation!
