Market is waking up for the enormous disconnect on very small capital expenditure and huge free cash. Oh and the small item that OMI now has immense firepower to unlock material value Elsewhere!

Spot on from Baron, articulated in a way that highlights the material disconnect.

I’ll be amazed if OMI isn’t flying shortly.

Book really strengthening

Dr - above all else i loved the FCF/EV metrics on what's been achieved so far at Pepas. That's heavily discounted so far for such light capex requirements. Everything else (additional rigs, going after our other gold assets) is major upside on top. Like you, I see this as a very considerable opportunity.

Napth - you don't really believe that a few tick ups and ticks down of moving the price here? Like your stuff btw but on that I wholeheartedly disagree. OMI is a future cash cow and materially lower gold prices, the disconnect is vast and I think most grasp that (and i know you do too otherwise you wouldn't be bullish also).

Just some additional comments on the latest Pepas discovery:

"The unexpected intersection of an extremely high-grade vein on Pepas leads to speculation that Orosur may have located an epithermal system emanating from the associated El Cedro prospect’s porphyry source. Such a porphyry source is of course a type of magmatic-hydrothermal deposit where ore minerals are precipitated from hot, metalrich fluids that originate from a cooling magma chamber. These fluids deposit gold, copper, molybdenum and other metals into fractures and the surrounding host rock, forming large, economically significant ore bodies"

Gsent was doing the same on OMI and the price has only gone higher. OMI have one asset than for $15m capex can unlock > $50m fcf over a 13 year period (quite insane tbh). Gsent was just talking it down but then came on yesterday and was talking it up. He clearly is a trader and not worth your time. Stick to what you know (providing you know) and DON'T get fooled by these amateurs who will post anything they like.

Comments by one of the analysts who covers this.

We have Pepas that for < $15m can unlock >$50m annual free cash flow. That's absurd in itself and will result in a major re-rate once holders really digest the cashflow, valuation disconnect.

But then we have these additional assets that could indeed "dwarf" Pepas.

My stance here is very bullish and remains that you buy them whilst they're are this low. I see a major re-rate ahead. Happy Friday all.

What blows the mind is that with Pepas only requiring a tiny capex the yearly free cash would now be greater than our market cap. Am still a buyer whilst they are this cheap. Good luck everyone.

Point well made re WDC. I would only add that filings show UFO have sold before so suspect they will do so again.

Fundamentally, this is extremely cheap for what’s been unearthed to date. A fully funded route which is proving extremely valuable

Would suggest a matter of time before this breakouts into a new trading range
