I think now is the time to re-enter if you are banking on progress relating to the financing. Thats what i did on friday and may get more tomorrow.

With 15 projects signed off , 1 being finalised (bearing in mind we were tagged on at the end and marked as a priority project) i would say its a matter of weeks before we get the green light an on to 2-4p

I just hope the “sell on news crew” is done, if it gets anywhere near the 3p mark i will be sorely tempted to re-mortgage the house for a top up around that level
