An extremely savvy deal on the part of GH and CB could not have funded the drilling without decimating the SP with dilution or debt.
The deal allowed us to have 25-30% of a multi billion dollar asset, with no upfront cost, no debt, and no dilution.
Its better to have 30% of a lot, than 100% of nothing.
Just need the rest of the market to realise that on Wed night, April, and Julys updates, and get there wee calculators out to figure out we’re a £100m mcap Co. sitting on a 500-1bn share of the biggest gold discovery in a decade.
I got myself into this a few years back pre newmont, arguably a year early, but with the view that in 3-5yrs i would 20x my money, my friends and i watched as the sp bottomed at 0.5, but even then I knew it was a go-er, my mates I had wrangled into the game wern’t so sure but i managed to convince them “hold on and you will see”, needless to say ive had a few pats on the back the last few weeks. Its a good feeling, but the really hard part is ahead, not selling when your 200% up aint easy, but my original tgt was 16.5p, and the only thing thats changed since then........is that the project has got even better!
