‘Product’ with all this negative attention could lead to much better negotiations for ggp, which could be great if we get it at a much better price (+others are less keen to buy).. IMO Newmont can’t sell it while defective so these tailings issues will have to be fixed (or with a sale caveat that they will be in due course post sale at the cost of Newmont) - you just can’t flog a horse

A positive update RE the aquifer (which may now mean a we reach the ore sooner!) is ‘brilliant’ even if you ignore the reiteration that ggp plan to acquire the 70% should they get the chance.. no dictionary required.

Considering the decline in sp started after Xmas on Aquifer fears I’m expecting the sp to regain a fair chunk of that drop as the news filters through. Bought more.

Squashes a fair few anxiety points. Aquifer all but sorted with even the chance of expediting access to ore body (every cloud eh!) - a strong message RE ggp’s ability and intention to acquire the remaining ownership of Hav should it arise.
