Personally I'd be happy with a buy out or a decent JV. As I’ve never ventured into the helium game (HE1 etc), does anyone here know the rough cost of helium exploration.. research, drilling (presumably), extraction etc. important information considering the direction we’re clearly heading. Basically, how much dosh will they need?

His point still stands though. Unless a specific 'market price' is stated then it's anyone's guess as to what price shares would be issued at. If the market fears a fundraiser and drops us to .22 and they raise at .225 then whoopee doo.

Look, I obviously hope good things happen, BUT all too often small caps bite off more than they can chew and the PI’s are left holding the bag. Now yes, the ‘stock’ reply to this is ‘oh but the directors are being paid in shares’… yes, but only because the finances are on life support and they pretty much had to! (That’s what salary sacrifice is after all), which brings me back to the original question of how tf will they fund a helium conquest on another continent while Adam scrapes about in Aus like he’s on summer holiday at Lyme Regis.

ECR already spread paper thin across Aus now they fancy the helium market in the Unite States?! for a big company I’d say great go for it but we’re running on fumes in reality. This leads me to think a deal is lined up in some capacity. Funding though?! Helium exploration is expensive and they want to do it on a different continent?! With what money?? Shares issued at market price still dilute overall subscription btw, making it harder to achieve previous levels. Pretty obvious we’re in for some shenanigans to pay for this however they word it.
