Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
it mentions a NET overdraft of 0,1m, which equals overdraft (996k) - cash (879k).
This morning coms.com was automatically redirecting to http://www.timico.co.uk/coms/ So we should hear pretty soon about the rebranding. That doesn't mean that they sold the coms.com domain to Timico though, should still belong to Coms. Probably just an agreement between Timico and Coms to redirect the link for a few months, shouldn't lead to extra costs for Coms anyway as hosting has probably already been paid for.
Website has been taken down, visitors now directed to Timico website. Comsplc.com is still there though.
NWBO is a controversial stock to say the least. Just google "adam feuerstein NWBO" and you'll find a whole range of very negative tweets and articles on NWBO. It's heavily shorted as well: http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/nwbo/short-interest I learnt about NWBO via Smith on Stocks, who is positive on the stock: http://smithonstocks.com/comp/ Woodford is the first fund manager who openly backs NWBO, which takes some guts to do. I'm long NWBO, so I'm hoping he's got it right.
An e-mail from NWBO confirms that WPCT invested in NWBO: Dear ***, As you may remember, on April 2, 2015, Northwest Biotherapeutics entered into a $40 million equity financing agreement with the highly respected UK fund manager Neil Woodford. We are pleased to announce today that we have closed on the final portion ($28.5 million) of this financing from Mr. Woodford's new fund dedicated to undervalued and promising smaller biotech companies. I think our CEO, Linda Powers, best summarized how we all feel today when she said that "Strong science and solid financing are the keys to our ongoing progress at the forefront of immune therapies for cancer." This additional $40 million cash injection gives us a significant boost as we advance on all fronts, including in multiple clinical programs and in the recent encouraging survival data in 51 GBM brain cancer patients outside of our Phase III trial. Your continued support is also a key to our continued progress, and we appreciate it. Thanks. Sincerely, Leslie J. Goldman Senior Vice President for Business Development
The first 11,5 of the 40 million were bought under the income fund, I can only assume the rest will be bought under the WPCT fund, why else did he split the investment in two and postpone the 28,5 million ? Must have been because the WPCT fund was still under construction at the time of the agreement with NWBO.
28,5 million USD will be invested in NWBO: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=66187475
Thanks for that Dibs, I didn't even know there was a BB on advfn. Looks an interesting one as well, so have a lot of catching up to do. As for Salesforce snapping them up, I'm not sure, that would force competing CRM's to become clients of Salesforce, don't think that would sit well with them.
http://www.fmp-tv.co.uk/companies/synety-group-plc Hope this rumour about SNTY and OUT getting together is a fake, don't like it one bit.
IP Solutions is not a competitor but a client-reseller of Outsourcery. They are a classic IT solutions company offering solutions from a host of different providers, OUT being one of them. It's very annoying IR related questions have to be directed to FTI Consulting, I've sent them a few questions some time ago and never got a reply. A quoted company should handle IR matters itself and not outsource them to some consultant.
ITK, are you sure Simon Howitt left ? He's still mentioned as member of management on the OUT website, and his LinkedIn proflie also states he's still with Outsourcery. And based on their vacancies, they're not looking for a new sales director.
The Capital Markets Day presentation can be found here: http://www.outsourcery.co.uk/Outsourcery/Investor-Centre/Pages/Financial-Reports.aspx
Here's a link to some very interesting notes on the Sharesoc meeting on May 8th, made by Jonathan aka paxtonian and posted on the Motley Fool board a couple of days ago. Great job Jonathan ! http://www.webpax.co.uk/snty.pdf

Comment nom de plume ? J'ai des cheveux rouges, c'est leur couleur naturelle.
They've been very quiet lately, haven't they ? Looks like they've been focussed on relocating to new headquarters in Leicester and opening the Boston office. Still a month to the next KPI update, some updates on new clients would be nice. There's an interesting interview with Simon Cleaver at http://www.desynit.com/cloudlife-podcast-15-30th-may-2014/ where he discusses current market trends and hints at future developments. Interview starts just after 11:00.
Check out Piers' Twitter account for the latest pics of his wonderful tuxedo made by HernyPooleCo. Glad he's enjoying living la vida loca. Piers, may the force be with you!
Piers doesn't have time for that, he's too busy doing interviews and photoshoots, buying new tuxedos, tweeting with his fellow dragons and riding his bike. One has to have priorities in life.
List of shareholders has been updated today. Mellinckrodt, Herald and Aquaglow all added to their holdings, Henderson bought 400.000 shares. The other new instis probably bought less than 3% each, as they have not filed a TR-1. https://www.synety.com/investor/shareholders/ Anyone planning going to the Sharesoc meeting on May 8th or the general meeting on May 20th ? http://www.sharesoc.org/seminarmay2014.html
Not sure I agree with all his remarks on the open offer, but an interesting read nonetheless: http://beforeitsnews.com/financial-markets/2014/04/small-cap-value-report-3-apr-2014-snty-lzye-mcb-igp-2697122.html The shareholder list is going to look impressive indeed.
