Hi Lordfont, it’s not falling flat, there is a slow building of the brand, this will be the first time a lot of the artists followers would have heard of MelodyVR, they will experience our product for the first time, a percentage will then revisit and view what is currently on offer, MelodyVR will then have the opportunity to offer a fantastic schedule of new releases and artist recording from the library, once they have seen our product on the mobile or tv, some will want the VR experience, this will lead to some investing in VR HMD’s some will sign up to a subscription with a free MelodyVR Viewer, some will stay on mobile. This is the point monetisation will happen and the SP will rise!! IMO

Well done Sikatie, you are so obviously uneducated about this share, it’s becoming tediously boring having comments like this with no research or evidence, if you would like to state clearly your reasoning at least it would provide an insight to why you have invested, or not! IMO

Hi Horse.mouth, I understand you bought high at 15p+, you must have believed in the product then as you do now, so take a step back, VR is still on its way, that’s not changed, the Music Industry will survive in one form or another, no change, MelodyVR have developed ‘leaps and bounds’, big change, investors and partners have a huge amount of confidence in the product, big change....the only factor missing is monetisation, it will be a reality within the next few weeks, big change!! Have a beer, start believing, all the long term holders have the same experience, just believe in the company!! GLA

Hi horse.mouth, you do baffle me, the SP has stabilised at 4.5p, until there are indications the subscription model is about to be operated there won’t be a substantial interest by the City investors, I would expect the SP to increase by next Tuesday due to the hype of the Wireless Festival and when MelodyVR release their weekly experiences. But you must realise MelodyVR are in a totally different place to when you bought at 6.8p, why keep knocking the share your invested? IMO

Maybe there is production going on, maybe the actors, actresses are all self isolating in a nearby hotel, maybe the New York Venue is production several different productions and during late summer MelodyVR/John Gore will announce a Virtual Musical to his 5 million theatre clients using a well proven subscription model!! GLA

Good morning Modeller, I believe your negativity with respect to your previous posting and the negative postings on other sites indicates you don’t want to accept the agility of MelodyVR strategy, it’s well known VR has been adopted as quickly as forecast, this is the reason MelodyVR made the experience available on mobiles, your negativity is misplaced and the up an coming festival will surely demonstrate this as fact. Your investment in MelodyVR will be profitable even if you bought at a high SP, John Gore has faith at 15.3p GLA

A large Sell at the end of the day and the SP held steady, great to see a baseline SP, looks good for a rise on Friday PM!! IMO

I agree with KoK and Hobbit1, the results were aligned with the forecasts, with an increase in expenditure, we haven’t seen the NYC and as they have recorded a theatre experience I would imagine a one-off expense was contained in those results.
With ‘Cash in the Bank’ and monetisation of the product being the main focus, this indicates to me we have laid sufficient foundations to now roll out the subscription model, I disagree that the O2 wasn’t successful, O2 CEO was extremely impressed with MelodyVR, the model rolled out included the now discontinued Oculus Go, the Library of Content wasn’t rolled out, these are two very good reasons for the limited success, however valuable data would have been gained and this is all part of the ‘early adopter phase’ in marketing a product. From next week we should see a constant stream of MelodyVR experiences and August will turn out to be brilliant. IMO

Most Entrepreneurs are fully invested into their product and looking at Ally Pally and the LV set, AM has invested more than money, while we haven’t yet seen what SH and John Gore has created with the NYC Venue. The advisors behind MelodyVR’s strategy has always been to build a new model for the Music Industry, this is partly the reason MelodyVR I believe have accumulated the contracts and agreements with all the top companies. There is always an exit strategy, but I believe MelodyVR will be part of a change for several years to come, I believe AM & SH will reduce their shareholding over the next few years, releasing the shares to partners in the Music industry, artists, promoters and Liberty Music. To my knowledge, no other company has such a complete product / service like MelodyVR, therefore it’s unique. I also believe the small investor will be bought out within the next two to three years for a worthwhile amount!! IMO

A strategic move, the financial figures could have created a diversion from the fantastic opportunity this weekend presents.
The company was obviously all geared up to run a series of festivals through 2020 and launch its subscription model, but the COVID postponed their plans, but this does demonstrates the agility and professionalism enabling them to turn the lockdown into a positive.
Alongside Live Nation and its other partnership’s the subscription model will be released with the 3 venues being the hubs. Brilliant work, with the VR Viewer and John Gore Experiences coming on stream later this will demonstrate MelodyVR will be a financial winner!! IMO

To quote AM “the focus is now on monetisation” this is music to any investors ears!! GLA

It’s great that the results have been published, looking at the Arden report November 2019, there are no surprises, they have now delivered on what they said they would, as others have said they are very open, so now the focus should be on the product’, and we have an excellent product with prospects.
