I understand your comments regarding AM, however I firmly believe in the ‘Team’ at MelodyVR, it takes a huge amount of time to build a brand and we are close to monetisation, remain positive, if you’re underwater like a lot of investors you’re doing the best thing possible, hold those shares!! IMO

Thank you Puddin1006, at least you didn’t say I lived with my mum!! I would however appreciate not being referred to as a ‘tamper’, the opinion I have is based on information researched by me or others and brought to the board for consideration. I do make enthusiastic comments due to the fact I have invested in this company with the aim of making a profit. Is there any reason why I should point out positives about my investment? Regarding your comments, it does baffle me why an investor such as yourself consistently rubbish’s the company.

The share option take up or not can be easily explained if it was an employee/director who has left the company, their option would have lapsed, however they would have still remained on the books as an option.
As for options be available at 9p, this will appear a bargain shortly. GLA

Well, music has no ‘sell by date’, if there are quality concerts / individual venues the entertainment factor will still be worth the subscription fee.
From the ‘WHO’ to ‘Liam’ if there are 800 individual recordings with 10 themes that’s still 80 sessions of each type, if they are 30 minutes each it’s 40 hours of solid VR, and the rate they have been adding in 2020 with 3 studio’s I’m sure it will be worth the subscription, then in 2021 we have all the festivals and artist venues. Having watched the recent offerings I have to say I have watched and listened to artists I haven’t heard of before, so for me there is probably 100 hours, that would take me 6 months!! IMO

I do find your post interesting as an alternative theory, I believe the rise in SP a few years ago was the result of enthusiasm, MZ was predicting 1 billion users of VR, MelodyVR had recorded a Library of events and signed high profile contracts, since then, several large companies have re-evaluated the VR industry and left, with others including Facebook investing substantial amounts and all ours partners investing, MelodyVR have since then concentrated on development and not turning a quick £, this has led to investment house not being able to make simple calculations, however MelodyVR are in a totally different place now, they are established, they have a track record of producing outstanding quality broadcasts to millions of people, they have long standing and new partnerships and investors.
2020 summer was to be the launch of MelodyVR, despite COVID 19, MelodyVR have a product that can offer an alternative to the ‘norm’ and Summer 2020 looks still to be the launch with a modified offering!! GLA

Hi Puddin1006, it’s great to have a reasoned objector opposing the view of the positive an informed board member, I would appreciate a reasoned argument regarding the article I posted earlier as I believe it was a balanced opinion by the writer! The progress made of MVR versus other companies in the VR Music space in my opinion has been progressive, there is an accumulation of data which indicates MVR and its partners are about to monetise the product, I don’t see anything negative.
Regarding the SP, this has I believe been generated by several factors and will return the SP to a position reflecting the monetisation of the product and the gradual increase of income into the company and their partners. Could you please elaborate on your negativity! Great to see another point of view!! GLA

Hi Italian, the article provides a balanced and pragmatic view, I agree with dblondon77, MVR have accumulated fantastic headway in the music VR space taking technology forward and integrating it into a new industry takes time, the team of MVR have provided the glue with industry and the partnerships have provided the commercial support, August is going to be interesting with product monetisation on the cusp of realisation, buy more while you can!! IMO GLA

Hi Themis, it is frustrating, but MelodyVR can only go as quickly as it’s partners, putting together a show in normal circumstances takes many months/years, John Gore cannot afford to produce anything less than fantastic, as per the recent RNS It’s all happening! But, Live Nation is the important they will be driving the numbers alongside the artists themselves, be patient, MelodyVR’s name is starting to gain ground!! ‘Believe’!!! GLA

Offler, you have a point, but I would add that as John Gore is the main partner in the partnership and he has made $ billions, do you really believe he would not have produced several quality productions rather than lose hundreds of $ millions? With the requirement for production staff, actor’s, dancers and support staff required to live in ‘bubbles’ with his connections in the hotel trade do you not believe he would have considered all options? You may wish to make judgement on MelodyVR, but please, John Gore has been a extremely successful businessman for many years, I would advise that you wait just a little longer, see the fantastic production awaiting you in the form of a MelodyVR/Gore production, I believe all will be forgiven!! There has been various Broker Notes, the most recent being Arden’s 1st November 2019 @ 18p this is in line with the John Gore investment where the value was £220 million, the previous Arden Brokers Note was a prediction of 38p in 2018, this I believe attracted investors around 3 yrs ago! At the same time Mark Z had aspirations of 1 Billion users! With hindsight, neither was wrong only premature, however both Mark Z and MelodyVR have revised their assessments and altered their respective plans, both have far more knowledge, improved their technology and understand the industry a lot more, there has been talk over the last few days around the viewer, is it warranted or not. From the perspective of introducing people to VR ‘yes’ will it compete with Oculus ‘No’, will Mark Z encourage it ‘yes’ as it will assist him to reach his ‘1 Billion’ users!! Will the VR be part of the ‘subscription model’, why not, it provides an ‘experience’, and an insight of the real VR experience!! Regarding the next moves by MelodyVR, be ready!! It’s coming, soon!!
