Wireless is a fantastic shop window, it’s the mine set of the artists that’s important, Live Nation changing their ‘Terms and Conditions’ are probably as important, the artists and promoters will be looking how to monetise their product, MelodyVR is perfectly placed as they have the partnerships, some haven’t valued the agreements or contracts in place with MelodyVR, the professionals behind this company are setting out the future, there’s a bigger picture here if you have carried out the research!! GLA

Optimist59, chasing rainbows isn’t good practice, 3 years ago there was an idea, although a good idea with visionary partners, Facebook’s Mark Z is a visionary, however the vision and truth didn’t match up, however the LTH’s researched the potential and put a 3 - 5 year investment in place, since then the vision and strategy put in place by mature professionals have guide MelodyVR BoD to an excellent position. If you don’t recognise professional at work I would suggest waiting until Mid July and taking a profit for your investment. Should you wish to remain in the share, take a long term approach and wait for 18 months to 24 months and then cash in!! GLA IMO

Replacing AM will not make a significant difference, MelodyVR are controlled by advisers from our partners and investors, there is also a stronger senior management structure, AM is manipulatable, therefore I don’t see his position being threatened. The SP will rise once the subscription model is rolled out, once there the subscriptions are in place and financial models can be simulated the SP will rise, in my view spectacularly!! IMO

Personally, I can only see a good future for MelodyVR, after July 6th I guess most will be in positive territory, then we will see who stays for the long haul!! GLA

Over the last three years the SP has progressed slowly with a fantastic pedigree of partnerships and investors until the release of the APP, traders and speculators without financial data presumed the VR market was mature and the SP rose to 18p on speculation, as the VR was proved to be immature the SP devalued. The company has since changed tactics proven the technology, proven beyond doubt is producing and broadcasting skills and aimed the product at mobile phones.
With 800+ artist recordings, 3 venues and a new partnership with Live Nation it has a new audience with its next big event with a potential of reaching 300 million followers.
Company performance & economic factors the company as maintained its ability to attract specific investors at critical stages of growth, maintained a strict cash flow with surplus cash reserves, maintained its cash while partners provide the PR.
Industry trends....the VR industry has received significant investment over the last 3 years, Facebook envisaged 1 Billion users within a short period, however the progress was slower than anticipated, however forecasts predict and upswing in the amount of users in the next few years, complimenting MelodyVR and its progress.
Market sentiment of MelodyVR....no financial figures have been released for a significant period, the projected figures in the last accounting period proved correct, the company forecasts a loss for the foreseeable future due to research and development of the product. No subscription model has been released to date, however there is speculation it could be released within the next few months.

Iofas, AM is more than a technician, the technology being developed is forward thinking, I have a background in engineering and cannot fault the technology he and his team have perfected. As for taking MelodyVR forward, please don’t misunderstand me, don’t believe AM is the best PR representative for the company, however as I have stated clearly before, MelodyVR has been developed by an experienced team, the foundations of the company are extremely solid, the future is extremely bright....... Iofas, there isn’t anything to be concerned about as far as I am concerned, Wireless Festival - Release of further artists - release of subscription model - release of library - release of a series of LA, Ally Pally and New York events, Universal Music release of main artists to perform on MelodyVR sets - 2021 full year of live concerts- SP in treble digits!! GLA

Hi Italian, I believe AM has made a significant contribution to the technology and SH and AM has the idea, but from an early stage EVRH was controlled by its Partners, there is nothing wrong with the company, it’s in great shape, it’s always had strategic investors and sufficient cash, they have never been allowed to go after quick money, it’s always been the long term strategy, 2020 - 2021 was always the period MelodyVR would be unleashed, COVID I believe has delayed the rollout of the festivals intended to allow a subscription model to be announced, however COVID has produced another dimension to MelodyVR and its placing, by default I believe we are in a stronger position after Wireless Festival! IMO

Am was very convincing and look tired, I personally don’t believe people will be interested or not in AM, content is important, although a fantastic sales person with charisma can help people want to have a look. Since meeting AM at the shareholders AGM 3 years ago he has always been over confident, this is why I firmly believe the Industry is controlling this company, they want to create a ‘monster company’ to compete with the largest in the industry, the broadcasted events and the technology is second to none, the way they roll out a big name and then two or three Unknown’s, always building the brand and library, all the recent artists have recorded and then been put away in the library...,why.... because they are building a library large enough to release on a regular basis following the launch of the subscription, this company has been controlled with a lot of maturity!! IMO

PR machine has well and truly started, it will be an interesting period until after the Wireless Festival as to where the SP will travel as there is no real need for and RNS as this should be normal business as I don’t see any data being released.
An RNS for the release of a subscription model would be the only other RNS news or the New York venue linked to Universal Studios!
With no Financial Information will the large investors come onboard?
What we do know is the first week of July is going to be fantastic!!

KoK, That’s a great roll out of the facts, MelodyVR has for several years been controlled by an extremely experienced and mature set of advisers, the experienced employees have been carefully selected. The industry has evolved, an enormous amount of investment have been invested in VR over the last 4 years, this is still and evolving company, but what a fantastic product!! Yes, Horse.mouth I agree that AM has made promises and not delivered, but this is only fault in the vision and strategy of the company, despite COVID the company has again evolved with an effect product! Accept it, MelodyVR will provide you a profit, it will go back to 18p and beyond....chill out and give yourself a break!! GLA

Live nation will be setting out the advertising for this event MelodyVR is purely the venue provider, producer and broadcaster, however the upside is the shop window of the venue’s, production and broadcasting carried out by MelodyVR, that’s priceless!! IMO

Greedy, absolutely, this has been a frustrating share over the last 3+ years, so let’s be ‘greedy’, this share will be going against the trend over the next year I suspect! GLA

It would make sense for a John Gore Theatre too be adapted just like Ally Pally, that’s the next surprise by MelodyVR!! IMO
