Agree with your views on director buys KnK. I've never seen them support a sustained price rise and they can be interpreted as an act of desperation to revitalise a flagging sp. Generally though they should be positive but are not a fundamental reason to invest or not (imo). Off on hols tomorrow. Wishing all investors good look and hoping for some news on contracts which will make a real difference. It's all about revenues.

I can't see that the business to client proposal would be expensive. From the RNS, TLY are talking about offering further coaching to clients, with their dedicated coach, after the NHS contract has finished. So, it's just an extension of the current service on an individual basis with a potential additional revenue stream for (I guess) clients who have sufficient financial resources.

I don't think that anyone would disagree that revenue is the game changer here. Have to wait until the interims in Sept to see how close your figures are but nevertheless the financial outlook, given the tight purse strings, is encouraging provided those contracts get nailed down.

Yes, I think the direct client offering could be significant. TLY commissioned a study to assess the need and commercial viability of such a service and the results have been sufficiently encouraging for TLY to push into this later in 2015, as well as this they are confident of more new and extended contracts. I see the advantages of the direct client approach are that those clients will already have used TLY's support as part of their NHS service so they'll know exactly what to expect and they retain the same health coach ie the service is intended to run on after the group NHS contract has expired. I'm not clear how the individual service is to be funded but no doubt all will be revealed in the fullness of time. Either way, TLY have done their homework. ATB

I think what Tradingstock mean't to say was trading losses cut from £902k in 2013 to £342k in 2014. Costs have been cut. Revenues down but we knew about that. Importantly, the accounts have been formulated on a going concern basis. Of the 13 contracts, one (Newham) ended in Jan and has not renewed. Of the others, 5 have ended and are currently under evaluation, 7 are live and 1 is 'pre implementation'. TLY are looking to extend their business base by offering a service direct to the client and are also in discussions with overseas organisations. I would say, on the whole, probably in line with the RNS in Jan and they've got a handle on costs. Now need to get those contracts in. ATB

Mid price currently is almost double that at the end of April. Folks have been buying in and on the whole, are holding pending news I think (all imho of course). More recently, transactions have slowed but I can remember when it was unusual to get more than a couple a week.

The company already warned that the y/e results will be below market expectations due to contract delays but the business was cash flow positive in the last couple of months. Anyway, what really matters imo are the prospects for revenue and profit this year and next. Political climate is good, TLY's business fills a customer need, it is not the sort of business where it takes years to get something to market before generating cash. With the right contracts, TLY are capable of turning to profit quickly and I wouldn't want to be out. It would have been a different story I think had the loonie lefties had a say. Tongue in cheek apologies to loonie lefties everywhere .

Yep. Providing support to tackle obesity could be a real game changer for TLY. What I noticed when trawling through the operational plans for a number of CCG's was that some had real pressures from COPD eg Leics, due to lifestyle choices and geographical conditions for their patients, whereas, whilst still important, COPD is less prevalent in some other areas. The latest thinking seems to be that obesity is more dangerous than smoking, leading to increased risk of cancer, type 2 diabetes and heart conditions. If TLY can expand their offering to provide health coaching to help folks tackle obesity then that could appeal to a much wider market. ATB

Many thanks. It strikes me that TLY is well placed to assist the NHS in achieving savings through a reduction in hospital re'admissions. Sounds like the health minister's getting tough on inefficiency and waste ATB

Thank you. Agreed and looking forward to positive results/news. I'm not usually this sensitive. Must be the hormones! For completeness, I first emailed Wendy about King75 on 28/11/14 following his direct contact with Leics CC G after the PMEA award RNS. In my view, his direct interference with a client was a step too far. Wendy replied immediately stating that the matter would be referred to the NOMAD and the board. My next referral to Wendy was on the 15 Jan 2015 following King's accusations that TLY were putting out misleading cost saving figures. Again, he had raised this directly with Leics instead of querying the matter with TLY. Wendy confirmed that the figs were genuine and had been supplied by Leics. I shared all of this on the bb. Anyway, as you say, we'll put it to bed now and I'll try not to get miffed! ATB

I'm not targeting you - you just keep winding me up (inadvertently I believe). I don't follow you round. I just happen to look in on FITB from time to time and there was your post which annoyed me. It was a couple of weeks ago but I decided not to say anything to you on the FITB board because I no longer have a holding there and I don't post on bb's where I hold no shares. I made quite a bit there but decided not to be greedy and got out when I'd reached my target. I do exactly the same with Prox, MDZ, QPP, LGO, FLOW, BVS and others. Also find the commentary on suspended shares interesting from a 'cautionary tale' perspective. Either way, I know that in the past you have flagged things up to Wendy but you had complained more recently about not getting responses.

Assuming you're reading this. I'm more than a bit miffed that you claimed credit on another board (FITB) for something you didn't do. I refer to my reporting to Wendy of the antics of King75 earlier in the year and Wendy's subsequent referral to the NOMAD which you cited on FITB board as action YOU had taken. I think you will recall that it wasn't you that took those steps and that you were 'sad' when King75 disappeared from the bb. I suppose that you could have alerted Wendy at the same time but I doubt it as I'm sure you would have backed me up at the time. If I'm wrong I apologise. If I'm right then you should come clean.
