At the 3rd of July 2025 AGM they only asked for authority to place 0.569b shares, so even if they could raise now, they can place peanuts.

So there will have to be a EGM one way or another. Even if they land some amazing contract they can only raise

They can still come to the shareholders to keep the company alive a little long.

However there wont be a placing RNS because they can't place below nominal share price. Instead it will be a consolidation + restructuring RNS. Or just consolidation first, depending on how they want to pay the market, RNS by RNS or all rolled into one big RNS. So it may be a string of RNS's in order to place:

- consolidation

- restructuring + EGM announcement

- EGM (with a new resolution to raise)

- placing

So I see it as binary, we will either get a contract RNS or a consolidation RNS. One will send the sp up the other will send the sp down as market will full well know that consolidation means a placing is not far away.

Hopefully it will be a contract RNS of course, rather than above

I am glad they mentioned they are still waiting for the remaining DD results. I thought they forgot about them lol. There was one hole amongst those DD holes drilled through the old historic resource (ie not step out). I am hoping that was the 'relief' hole to return a good shallow grade in case the rest of the DDs were not good. If that one returns a good grade that could lift the share price and re-kindle some enthusiasm. Lets see.

Depends on the time frame you choose. Something happened at 11:48. There was a nice size buy but for some reason the share price for that candle went to 0.068p

Could be a glitch, but looks a bit odd.

On IG there was a 10 bag spike to 0.07p

The crazy thing is there are 3 other projects. Two 100% owned and one 30% owned

Mt Steadman 35k oz historic resource

Monal 20k historic resource

Kathleen valley (30%) 21k oz historic resource with a 145k–280k oz exploration target

Yarrol was 100k oz historic, must be much higher now based on current drill results.

So that’s another 62k oz to be expanded in addition to Yarrol.

So the historic resource was 162k oz as a starting point.

In 2025 RC drilling began on 24th of April and the first assays were back on 21st May.

If they can hold on until the first RC assays from this new campaign are back, and if they are good of course, maybe they can raise at a higher price, or let the 2p warrants kick in.
