19 December 2019, Cir lost its agreement to sell LungFit PH, timing seems a bit suspect does it not. Cir are going to defend its position vigorously. Was the agreement cancelled because Beyond Air knew what was coming. .? See below. Is LungFit PH the same is similar to LungFit Bro. ?

Agreed PP10, but Woodford has quite a few CIR type companies in the portfolio so all adds up,(£) and we don't actually know what is going to happen once he re-opens the bank doors. If I was in Woodfords fund I would be leading "the run on the bank". or "The charge of the heavy brigade" LOL.
I know we all keep going on about it, but I am even more nervous now as it appears non of the 6 board members are buying, not even Julien Cotta, CFO.

Mr Woodford is a passive investor. However, he needs to raise cash now & in the medium term. He has been charging £100000 per day management fees. His other income is from reliable dividends such as Barratt. So two train of thoughts, either he sells his non income producing shares such as CIR which will not offer an income now or medium term. Or, he sells his high value dividend shares to be left with a big box of maybes. (desperate times call for ?). Does he really have a choice unless he is seriously in bed with someone.

Still not convinced Mr Woodford has finished dumping his shares in Cir. As we all keep saying where is the statement from Mr Harris, stating that all is good.

Oh just great. So yet another one with a cancelled “dividend”. Always best to conserve cash I suppose.

So as it turns out Steve Harris, Mr Bosso of Circassia is, wait for it,.......... yep he also is the chairman of the audit committee for Woodford Patient Capital Trust. So he knows everything. So me now thinking twice about buying till he does. He will have full access to everything that’s going on in this fund. Looks like Woodford will dispose of all his holding in CIR. My opinion. So this could keep falling. “Make a statement Mr Harris”

I wonder if LB will use his bonus to buy some very cheep shares.? Well I very much doubt he has that much faith in the company. Come on LB let’s see if you believe in this business or NOT. Surely it’s a no brainier for a man in your position. “We are all waiting, but not holding our breath”

Thanks PP10. I have £20k worth avg £1. Thinking off averaging down a lot. But still don’t get why the directors are not buying in .? Any ideas apart from the obvious. If it was my business and I believed in it, then I would not hesitate.

AND STILL NO DIRECTOR BUYS. Anyone seen any updates or statements from the board. Makes no sense, surely they should post something .? Still think something deeper going on here. Looks like I will have to add my shares to the carillon & debs bin. ??

Looks like yet again Shareholders are being shafted. Has anyone noticed that no director buys, even at theses prices. Think that tells a bigger story as to the future. DYOR.
