Yes fleecy you point out that rates were 1.5% from 2009 and dropping to the 0.1% but I think we will not see rates go beyond 2% this for me will all it will take to start stalling the economy.Thus why 70/90p area is what I’m looking for as for reducing my holding but we will see.

TATTON ASSET MANAGEMENT Interesting they have popped on register with just over 5% stake seems a large amount for them.

2 more director buys last 2 days though not huge they still increased there holdings buy about 100% and 50% clearly they see good value at this price level.

Another director buy not surprised at this price good long term hold for me.

I’m afraid shares are not for you if you need to relax your better of in managed and tracker funds regular monthly payments to average your investment out.

Your thinking to short term the areas they operate are growth areas was doing great before covid can they get back back on track yes they will but not over night .I’ve been adding here thinking 5/10 years at least hoping 50% upside if we get past precovid plus divs.But think need see directors putting some skin in the game at this price lvl.But once these start moving up you’ll never buy in all ways want that lower price just average in and hold.
