Skimmed off a few more GDR this morning and added another small batch this morning on the usual Market maker collection hour.

I feel the new year is going see a strict regime of test to enter/travel . Premier league is an example of the direction we are going. I'll take the long side of Omega actually finally achieving lift off. The chances of a multiple bag from here back to a quid is looking more attractive the deeper and longer this pandemic goes on

Thanks for the compliment, however i am not. I have been in here since we were a fraction of a penny and whilst I sold significant stock at higher levels (following my own risk imposed rules) I have been buying steadily in chunks (yesterday at 13.5p) and I fully expect to get another big bite of the cherry

The tanker turned yesterday. Some investors forward ran an anticipated draw down this morning. The downside energy is now dwindling and the FOMO buybacks are kicking in.

Nice Santa rally back to 20p plus now

Market is so illiquid due to the fact so many investors have been ""trapped" in a range of AIM shares as prices have drifted lower since May. Capitulation by some have led to further declines and the majority of those that have capitulated seems to have walked away.

The bright note is the recent spike up in COVID testing stocks again. This is good news is that it is unlocking liquidity that will spread out like a ripple on a lake and raise the rest of the market throughout year end and into 2022.

I have been fortunate to have been in this position and I have added to my holdings both here and in other battered down stocks. Fundamentals and prices are matching - once they start to wake up they will move quickly

To those last week that cried pump and dump on this and GDR can I just tell you my profits are looking great and your attempts to disrupt just gave me a few extra opportunities to take additional positions

The slide in the SP is disappointing for holders who were hoping for a quick 60p target. liquidity on Aim is such that market makers are walking everything down. The move down is being exacerbated by those opportunists shorting.

The biggest beneficiary I can see will be Newcrest. I am in no doubt that they are accumulating shares via an investment vehicle. Their existing holding and their option on the 5% plus any new shares their associated investment vehicle is accumulating they will make a bid for the company that suits their wallet and shareholders.

Unfortunately for us we wont get to see this evolve into the resource that we all know it will be and the associated value. The takeover price will be north of 50p (3 bag from here - -hence why I continue to top up)

Good data confirming what I am seeing on the book. Unfortunately the market is so quiet and these hedge funds get it easy playing the illiquid stocks. It would be nice to catch them offside and see them squeeze us higher.

On the plus side for those with cash or those that are happy to take the other side of the trade, we are getting a nice level to top up

Looks like the Hedge Funds have reached their target position. They may come in to defend their short but if volume picks up to the upside they may unwind their position, thus accelerating the rise

Come on 4D - lets put another Hedge Fund to the sword

Have been playing around with the share for the past year. If they went long rather than short at this point they might actually make some money for their Fund. They continually underperform the market (I guess they are good at picking winners and not so good at on the short book)

Given their performance attributes and assuming they have short the price down from 90p, I think the risk/reward for them to stay short ahead of news is dwindling

I'll take the other side of their trade happily

Looking at the date of notification I would suggest that they have been responsible for pushing the bid for the past 2 weeks. They may have backed off yesterday to test the water. Now they are hitting the Bid again today to try and shore up their short as the tide has turned. I would suggest they are ..ing against the wind with the news due. When they start closing this bounces hard.

Hate hedge funds - they are destroying this market by destroying momentum

For those who don't pay for LEVEL 2 , let me tell you whats happening.

The majority of off book trades are buys - the majority of retail buyers using share dealing platforms
The majority of sell orders going through are A trades. - Big player who is trying to either compress the price in a bid to accumulate stock at lower levels or maybe large traders trying to short the stock as a strategy.

If its the latter this will spike fast when they have to cover

Whilst I expected the bid hitters trying to keep the price down and the influx of posters knocking the rally, what I wasn’t expecting was the opportunity to top up again down here.

Good to have a technical confirmation of the bounce and targets

Steady climb north today and a news release next week to drive us back above 90p

I wouldn't be surprised if there is no RNS in the morning. I think today was a nice technical bounce that drove a few shorts to cover their positions after riding it down from 90p.

As the month goes on the risk/reward of that position will diminish as news can land anytime. I expect the move higher to take us back to the mid to high 70's ahead of any news as those who sold re-position

Nice positive day and the trend change is a welcome move

On the rise hitting the bid constantly. Background accumulation continues. Nice opportunity over the past few days to pick up around 57.5p.

Double surely on the cards by end of Q1 2022 or before
