Spread betters are having their fun this past week. If Colin King managed to deliver an RNS of any value this bounces sharply. There lies the problem. So far he hasn't delivered anything of note.

My Strong buy is based on a momentum reversal trade. It is not on the expectation that ODX is a long term investment - As with GDR the pendulum has swung too far the wrong way.

Profits from GDR now invested. GDR was a dog until it wasn’t

ODX Will be next to have a momentum move. It will not be a vindication of the depressing Colin King and his lack of leadership. It will be the hope that liquidity from profits in NCYT AND GDR finds its way into the heavily beaten down ODX. Secondary will be the hope that the company can get the proverbial out of their donkey and deliver a positive RNS

After the overshoot to the upside the path of least resistance was a short. This momentum has firmly changed in the last hour. Trajectory back to the mid teens could be quick

Trolls were filling their boots with the stock that capitulators unfortunately gave them. They will have covered their spread bets shorts now and are long the stock.

With little resistance now and a load of re-positioning from the FOMO brigade and the 60p I talked about on Wednesday will not take long

Just talked about on CNBC. Spread is at the point whereby unvaccinated will be potentially holed up again and to be out and about testing must be done

A trend that is growing exponentially across Europe.

Those who capitulated over the last month will chase this back up when it starts to move. The trickle rebound will get faster and the price moves will be greater as volume and FOMO kick back in.

£73 million market cap. The risk reward of adding here is good for me.

Ireland has just moved to an antigen model where the expectation is close contacts of positive cases will receive a box of 5 tests. Tests to be distributed through schools as well. The fourth wave is now fully embedded and restrictions are starting to creep back in. Its only a matter of time when you look at Austria/Germany that the rest of Europe comes under pressure again.

Government will want to empty their stocks of the Chinese purchases. Hopefully they must be nearly depleted at this stage. The slightest hint that UK diagnostics are now being used and this at a minimum goes back to 60p. (50% uplift from here)

This may be viewed as a punt but ill happily take the odds against those shorting the stock or simply capituating

As the sharp price drifts back I am quite happily adding more. This is bringing my average up slightly however as the resource continues to grow and the opportunity set expands, I am happy to average up.
