At this stage in the game the daily SP movement is down to Dowgate and skittish retail.

Dowgate are risk managing their positions and that’s prudent. I don’t see any of the insiders reducing over the past year just increasing.

Growth continues at pace and the SP was here prior to any ‘offer’ talks. As I said before part of me would rather see us expand via acquisition rather than sell to a low ball offer.

I’m sure the board are savvy enough to know what they have and the road map for the power of podcasting and revenue going forward

Iheartmedia proposed merger gazumped by Fox - at what price

For me it will be £11.25

Suggestions of a merger into iheartmedia to gain Nasdaq exposure are very positive for the multiple and indeed the share price.

However if you are a major streaming/mainstream media company, the last thing you will want to see is two of your potential targets becoming one much larger entity.

If Fox are interested then the combination of a weaker dollar and single entity purchase will make the deal attractive.

Yesterdays shake took out some skittish investors

We are in an offer period - worst case scenario is a deal cannot be reached. We release a trading update showing the growth trajectory continues and the SP slow and steady appreciation continues.

Best case scenario is that we get the offer that we hope for north of £200m market cap and we all walk away happy.

Either way the company is in a strong position. The current SP is not reflecting the potential offer price and is more aligned with the first scenario.

For me there is a free throw of the dice and as such I will continue to add
