Unfortunately the sellers are still around at this level for them to harvest.

Like cavendish all market makers can run there own book depending on expected demand and supply. They can act as book builders for a larger buyer and when they fill the order then they will print it out.

In most cases this will be done on a daily basis but can be spread over a few days. It’s a good way for a buyer to accumulate without showing their hand

I’m looking forward to see what and who the buys are for. My money is Dowgate have been approached to buy out their stake at a higher price and they are now accumulating for a third party. May be fanciful but the price is being held firmly in this tight band and that suggests a level of control that is sucking in bored sellers and allowing stakes to be built.

I would expect a move to c6.50 to come soon enough to draw in more sellers to continue to fill the order

I can only assume that if we have our background buyer and they have been paying the market makers to accumulate the prints are now being assigned ahead of a declaration of position.

They have had a month to build their position and now in the next few days they will show their hand

Good luck, this doesn’t happen when the news is expected to be flat

Nothing like a few weeks to shake out the market. Might be daily trades messing around but whoever is selling is helping to fill a bigger order.

If Dowgate are still buying daily I am beginning to wonder are they acting on behalf of the potential predator. With no formal offer the predator has a month to build an indirect stake without exposing their intentions

Hopefully the end game in this part of the process is near so that we can start looking at the fundamentals and the revenue expansion
