Dicke, as you know I have been considering the possibility of share consolidation for a few weeks. I agree it would improve the initial view of PI and make the company appear to have a stronger constitution moving forwards. That’s is if we do not get taken over which I think is on the table, bolstered by the narrow range of the share price since the ML offer, that or it is being kept there to facilitate JV discussions?
