Our NOMAD reiterated the 'Buy' at 3.6p last week. I would suggest a buyout would be nearer to that price than 1p.

We are more likely to see share consolidation in the future than dilution. What is more likely is a buyout, that might explain the control of the share price with a narrow range throughout March since the RNS announcing the 'Offer'.

Some will be waiting for the promises CPR report before they buy in. That is a reasonable position to take, but they will pay more for their holdings.
