We are past the initial speculative peak of the Discovery Phase, having bottomed out or currently sitting in the Orphan Phase of the Lassonde Curve and demonstrating clear steps toward the Development Phase with the upward climb toward production.

Once these CLN are cleared I think we will see a significant upside here. The way things are going the CLN should be clear by Nov/Dec and then production at Galactica and ESP results should see this soar!

The warehousing by MREX seems with the dribbling out of trades going through well inside the offer price suggests they have a short term strategy to sell the block of stock they have from the CLN. Good news as this needs to be over sooner rather than later...

Ben, the liquidity at present is the shares being distributed and a few tiny PI trades (in comparison). Look at the number of trades 193 and the volume 18m.

We will probably see some news to boost PI interest and allow the distribution of the last CLN...

MREX are holding down the Bid, until they move there will be nothing to see here. They may play around with the Ask but it is the Bid that is holding the price at present.

TR1 are a regulatory requirement, it cannot fall under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, that would be illegal and unenforceable.

*Correction; 30D average volume of 135,413,982.

TR1 would kick in at around 250m shares as it stands. We have not seen any TR! to date for the previous conversions which would indicate they are not being held but distributed back to the market. This is further indicated by the 30 day average volume of 1.35m shares a day.

Marex have been distributing along with SCAP and you will note the Ask rises but the Bid seldom follows. A wide spread is par for the course and the SP daily VWAP bought back up to a .3 GBX mid.

As I have mentioned last week, this is a very easy share to trade short term at the moment as we now have a predictable pattern to consider. This allows even the most novice of traders to have a go...

The clear negotiated sell at .32 will reset the SP and VWAP for the next week or two to allow for part 4 of this magical merry go round (if the recent conversion history and trade profile is anything to go by)...

The 340425531 trade will be CLN holders locking in a high selling price to secure their profit margin. After all they have a load of cheaper shares issued to them this week.
