I'd really like to know how the MMs set the SP here. If you look at the trading in some detail (rather than just blues and reds), I can't work out why the spread changes so much on some minimal trades...I'd like to think someone knew something was afoot though!?! Nice to see 1.9s again though
There is still massive potential here, but all long-timers will know the timescales can drift - things don't happen as quickly in SA. Solid commercial news does appear to be imminent - in Ironveld timescales ;-) but when the news lands, SP will move fast. Also, many recent trades showing as sells (including my own) are just transfers/use of refreshed annual ISA allowances. GLA and hang in there
Good point - I wish I could attend, so if anyone out there does (or hear anything), your views would be much appreciated. I've held since day one here, to a now ridiculous level of risk - I know you should spread, but have had too much faith in the fundamentals - so RNS is long overdue and three week schedule to agree long-term off-take partner best direct news I've heard. I can't imagine the multiples possible here. Hold your nerve over next few months, as has huge potential
My SP live feed just showed up a 2.90 for 5mins, but no trades showing yet. Delayed trade? Seems to be warming up today apart from this. It does feel like there is a glimmer of hope for the water license in the near future. GLA
This really could reverse Ironveld's fortunes and stagnant SP. Once again the RNS stated "The aim is to agree legally binding purchase agreements by the end of April 2017" but here we are in mid-May. I may get frustrated, frequently here, but remain adamant that this share has huge potential and now in v near future - if they can pull off the smelter agreement. Good to hear from another with strong holding that's been here from the start too.
Checking the map, there is good road connectivity using R516 and National Route 11 as a sort of ring-road, about 100km out from Pretoria, so seems pretty straight-forward route. The mine is at a N/NW point and the smelter directly E on that ring route. Good logistics if you ask me.
Seems Cox has been busy and our patience has been well founded. I can't imagine any shareholders creating an obstacle to this progressing. I've even taken a wee top up this morning. If this comes off as quickly as has been metioned, the SP is in for a significant re-rate very soon - IMVHO. GLA
