Less than a fortnight until the end of the year and fewer working days

If the accounts haven’t been audited by now it’s difficult to believe that they will have been, approved and signed off by the end of the year

Personally I would prefer the cash to be used in increasing the dividend. I appreciate that dividends are subject to income tax but if you’re relying on dividend income you don’t really want to be selling a few shares every now and then and incurring brokerage costs

The dividend here is good and seems dependable into the future with planned annual increments

RNS of 1 November states that results expected to be published in “the coming weeks “.

That was 3 weeks ago and still no sign of them

I don’t expect that we’ll get any explanation for the delays but my concern would be a reluctance for the auditors to sign off their opinion that it’s a going concern
