Altair disposed of one third of its shares on 27 February and notified Eqtec of this yesterday the 28th February
If it had been selling shares over the last 6 months or so it would have had to notify the Company of each set of transactions over that period in accordance with LSE regulations
Nova,
As i understand it, a particular trade is shown as a buy if the price paid is more than the middle of the bid-ask prices ; likewise its shown as a sale if it is lower than the mid price. At the moment the bid price is 0.75 and the ask is 0.80. Any trade under 0.775 is therefore shown in red as a sale and any price above 0.775 is shown as a buy in blue. If there’s a transaction at 0.775 it’s shown as unknown That’s not to say that a buyer may have paid less than 0.775 - good for them if they did
The mms have no input here
It’s good to see optimism here; I think it’s well founded
Spread this morning is 55.56%. Is this a record?
Why the drop in the SP of over 28%?
At least someone has confidence in us ,although if we don’t complete our part of of the contract ,as seems quite possible , what happens then?
It’s taking 12 months to reinstate our fourth turbine and we’re expecting to install some 230 plus over the next few years. Hopefully Smartestenergy knows a lot more than we have been told
Aren’t we due an RNS advising us of this contract?
Nothing short term with this share
What’s happening in Cardiff?
Up about 20% in the last month on very little and small trades
Why?
If the 4th turbine were in the water and working, I think we would have been told
If Uksmouth gets the full approval, that would make our interest very attractive for an investor as we will have done the heavy lifting. The Inspector Report is very thorough and the recommended conditions attached are not insurmountable compared with what has been done already
No surprise that short term holders have taken their profit. They may come back in again. Fair play to them but I’m in for the longer haul and wouldn’t like taking the risk of selling out at this stage. I’ve been in for a few years now so am well down on my original investment
Spread over 30% this morning. Bid 3.30; ask 4.30
