I know absolutely nothing about this Company but was looking at some of the comments here wondering why this Company rose so much today. I still don’t know.

However I was interested in your quote about the need to raise funds.

A word of caution. Some companies hype their performance ahead of raising capital so that the offer price of the new shares would be higher than would otherwise be.

The allotment of shares resolution is a general one for practically all companies at their AGMs. Nothing to be concerned about .

Would have expected an upward SP movement but realise that there are a number of short term holders who can’t wait ‘till next year. Each to their own

I’m glad you have clarified the quotation from Bai Zhengshuai as set out in StockCheque’s contribution yesterday at 20.26 in which he quotes him as saying “We will implement this project on time and we will REPEAL the laws of the land…..” (my emphasis).

It’s strange that the BoD didn’t realize until the afternoon of the 27th June that the accounts wouldn’t be signed off and published on the 30th.

RNS confirms the proposed conditional sale of some of the UK freeholds. This could be a means of realizing capital if the condition is that the company would be granted a lease on the properties. The RNS doesn’t state that it is selling its UK business

It is not a very clear RNS but we should understand more when the results come out

I don’t recall this insurance claim being mentioned before, but a nice bit of news nevertheless

Results now expected in the next fortnight.

When there is an unexplained delay in publication of the annual results , it gives rise to suspicion and speculation.
