This share had gone off my radar since the name change but now see that my original investment at 7.685 is now only worth ten per cent of that and judging by recent contributions here, there does not seem much optimism and I also see that we are due to be delisted later in the year

I also see that there have been zero purchases by directors in almost ten years

Re your post of yesterday at 16.54 and with all that going for us, why do you think we are so undervalued?

Last year the 2022 results were published in April and AGM was on 21 June.

I may have missed an announcement about 2023 results but I am concerned that the auditors may have a problem signing off on a going concern basis and this can’t be improved with Verde pulling out.

The RNS suggests that there could be recourse against Verde but that would depend if that would be worthwhile

I’m holding as it’s not worth my while in selling at a 99% discount to my bought value. Now, if I had been successful in other investments then a CGT loss could be useful, but alas……!

For a Company with limited trading, why does it take 6 months to announce its annual results?

But why is there such a delay in handing over the licence when it was approved some time ago by the Government? I’m sorry, but I am a bit nervous

Good to get rid of some of the short term investors here. They may come back again when the price falls as it probably will until the licence is handed over

When is the AGM?

One’s got to be suspicious of the Tanzanian government with their plans to renegotiate a deal which took years to agree. It will obviously delay the start of the gas outflow which will be damaging to its economy and question any future negotiations with other countries

Any indication as to when we might get results and notice of AGM.? Last year they were April and June respectively

I don’t know if this has been discussed before but I note that at the beginning of each month many directors buy some, but not a lot of, shares

It may only be a fraction of their remuneration but over a year it is relatively significant. Good on them!

We got a cash injection last week of 5 million and our market capitalization is still under 7 million and we expect to get a further 4.8 million within a year
