At least the spread has come back to 10%

For a company with a capitalised value of c6m prior to the announcement of a sale of part of its freehold property for c£10m, this would seem an important asset realization. However it would be interesting to know

a) what the book value is of this interest, and

b) the income received from the current lessee which will now be foregone

Hopefully we’ll see a considered response tomorrow in the market

I agree with you, Gman, that there has been a relatively high level of trading recently in these shares and also most of the trades are marked as “buys “. The price of the trades tends to reflect that they are really purchasing, so the MMs may be running short of stock

Why is it that practically all of the contributors to this board (and other boards too) state in the opinion choice box that they have “no opinion “ and generally go on to express an opinion?

Is it laziness or just a fear to express their opinion? I bought in here quite recently and would still be a buyer up to 260p as I reckon this is good value and the SP is underpriced

The number of board members is now reduced to 4 from 6 so fees should be reduced by a third

With a current quoted spread of 33% it seems that the market makers can’t make up their minds
