I believe that the reason no orders have been announced yet is because they are still embroiled in Govnmt negotiations/plans and until they are concluded (which is plan A) for better or worse then they cannot move onto Plan B (Europe/RoW)!
OK, but the timing makes everything a bit of a rush for HMG to respond positively in our favour and against Innova unfortunately! So I see a proverbial fudge coming here MHRA extend Innova emergency approval for 3 mths while they continue to review the FDA findings, etc! Hope I am wrong and would love to see Innova dumped on 21st and Avacta takeover the supply, but......watch this space, not long now!
Its all still to play for, nothing will happen until MHRA decide what to do about Innova emergency approval renewal due before 21/6. Also the decision about the award of the share out of the £8bn contract.
So Avct will have to, I believe , await these decisions before they can sign up none HMG customers in Europe. This could be sometime yet, however we will get some sort of update (however vague) at next weeks presentation!
I think the biggest missing factor(s) for a solid future are:
1) First quarter of of audited accounts showing multi million profits.
2) Company publish their sales forecasts based on this and their market awareness.
3) The PE ratio that can reasonably;y be applied, Fevertree is still on 70 and have annual profit of £35m, so Zoe could easily reflect that, but not until actual demonstrable profit delivered over at least a quarter.
So as soon as Zoe can actually deliver say even £10m/a profit THEN the sp will respond accordingly!

Any formal statement on historical sales reported by July will at best be up to the last quarter, that is end March '21! So what would be needed is current sales say til end June and also sales projections for next 6-12 mths to really make a difference, not just statements like "its going well/to plan". The sales team will know exactly week by week what's going on we need to know that information too to make a real difference to the sp!
I love these sales guesses, shows the potential, but what will really move the sp is for some of those guesses to be translated into actual sales revenue and those forward guesses be published by the 2 amigos as the official company sales projections! If they truly are professional then all of these figures are already available in house, just not released to us yet.......why not? I can only assume that the figures aren't great just yet and would spook the market!? Maybe another 3 months of sales/rollout yet before any figures released?

I am with you on that.......right now there are no fundamentals to hang your hat on! All the deals and store roll outs have to realise sales/revenue of some reasonable substance to create a degree of credibility and foundation to move forward with some confidence, otherwise it still is blind faith that revenue is coming but not there yet! Historical sales of 3+mths ago (as per any regulatory reporting statement) will not be enough, as sales would be dismal......what is required is some indication of current and projected sales/revenue/cash flow.

I know the official trading/end of year results due June/July, they won't be good either! So what is needed is an interim trading update with real current sales/revenue or at least a detailed program of roll out/launch of Chill.......something to stem the tide at least! Although I know you can't realistically expect a running commentary, but there has to be more detail!!
Leem, I mostly agree, the reason the sp is sliding is because there are no sales/revenue/projections to support it up at a certain level! The sp got well ahead of itself and now needs supporting with actual facts. Rollouts and store numbers are good, but current and near term sales projections are needed to create a foundation.
