And not only that all of those listed companies would have become listed on the Nasdaq at an already favourable market cap hoping to propel it even higher.

But as we know markets globally have been tough last 18 months. It PANR's case it could only be good for them given the current Mcap :))

This is why I think the move to securing non dilutive funding addresses PANR's "financial weakness".

This change in strategy will already have the big boys taking notice and show them PANR have a serious plan.

I've just seen the news release this morning from last night. Hmmm, well at least it explains the recent trading activity, and I was hoping it wasn't something like this, but it's making for unsettling reading. It also explains imo why AM and Cathy did not reply to many investors as they couldn't with what was going on.

A lot in investors say they got no reply from them whatsoever. SP wise from here? I'll be honest I've got no idea. I don't think this will crash but until we get some real material news I think this will just hover between 1.8p and 2.2p

PANR is in a different league asset wise and debt wise

So this talk of 10Bn plus shares is just ridiculous.

SP has crashed roughly 14 times from the high so there is no real value with what is on offer with the assets and the plan in place to develop them....
