RE: Share Count5 Jul 2023 08:20
Shall we keep things in perspective here?
The SP was trading at 17p before the bond financing deal.
We are now at just over 2p. Let's say for arguments sake once the bonds are converted we end up with 1Bn shares - compared to 340M just before the bond financing that would put the SP at roughly 6.5-7p.
Assuming worst case scenario as 1 or 2 have suggested of 2Bn shares, that would still give us a SP of over 3p. And that is assuming ALL shares in issue NOW and no further progress on production and no JVP.
Some of the doom and groomers say DO THE MATHS. Well you do the maths, this talk of 0.5p is simply ridiculous.
Progress us happening day by day. It was never an unknown fact that the bonds would be converted, we just didn't know exactly when, but we know they are inevitable and we also know it gave the company the means to ramp production, become self sustainable and start to realise the true value of they asset they are sitting on. Whether with a JVP or not :))
