I agree announcement of the FEED was significant indeed just a shame with hindsight this wasn't done back in July when the SP was up to and over a penny! Crl your whinge is understandable given the timeline of events to date - don't get me wrong one thing that hasn't diminished since I came aboard here is my belief in the need for the project to be developed in the interests of security of supply for gas - it probably doesn't bear thinking what the current situation with Infa could have been though if AP along with Peter Wale had not overthrown Mr Hindle and the rest of the bod. We keep the faith....for now!

Just a thought but maybe just maybe the 3 recent placings have something to do with the lack of sentiment/buying ??? The market is obviously still unimpressed with the lack of communication, direction by the bod and detail on the FEED as well as the way in which it was funded....as and when further details emerge on the detail of the engineering phase along with contracts of who the bod use to complete the FEED we may see PR kick in and a re-rate of the SP but when is anyone's guess. Bearing in mind we will have 1BN shares by the end of the month - the fact we have pretty much started the FEED and unlocked the EU grant money should soon see the Mcap at £6-8M or between 0.6p to 0.8p. .............................................................. Paragraph from recent chairman's statement.......... "CBRE Capital Advisors has been appointed to manage a new Northern Ireland fund which was established in November 2017. The £100m fund will provide debt finance for real estate, regeneration, low carbon and infrastructure projects and will be managed on behalf of the Department of Finance and the Northern Ireland Strategic Investment Board. Shareholders deserve to know why this avenue of funding didn't materialise as most believed the FEED would have been funded through a CBRE grant or other form of grant. The lack of detail on basic points like this is simply not good enough but now we are moving forward one way or another "communication" is now "key" to restoring confidence in Infa. Especially considering AP was quick to criticise the old bod on this point when he became the new CEO.

Righttrades - fingers crossed we are on the cusp of something big and that the radio silence is about to be broken....too many factors at play here for Infa to fail now. Like you say fully funded for the year, EU grant unlocked, funding for the FEED through placing which won't have to be paid back as opposed to a grant, warrants to come into play once SP re-rates providing further capital. Nothing but upside here for the SP from where I'm looking :)

The shareholders that backed the requisitioners, all the lth's and those that have invested since certainly deserve better - however I do believe now the milestone news of the FEED is out we should very shortly get more detail on the FEED itself along with some well deserved PR! ....... Nazareme - who the hell do you think you are with your incoherent investment advice? If we choose to invest in Infa it's absolutely of no concern to yourself what we do with our money! Hi mate - think it's fair to say the claim by masterinvestor's of an article in one of the Sunday papers was a load of bull - no one else has commented on the existence of any such article and no link was ever provided!

No nazareme we didn't get news in March - we got it in April instead. Let me remind you of the progress to date now we have reached a significant milestone with the project which until now has never been reached before....................................... "The Company is now able to commence and complete the FEED in compliance with the rules of its EU funding grant and to achieve the activity milestones relating to the FEED element of the European Union Connecting Europe Facility Grant." ................................................................................. "Key contractors are in place to commence the FEED as soon as possible subject to execution of the formal contract documentation, the key terms of which remain materially unchanged to the details provided in an announcement of 4 November 2016." ................................................................................. I think it's about time you grew up - we're not interested in the nonsense you constantly post that has absolutely no relevance with Infa ! The project as we speak is progressing and there's not a single thing you can do to stop it!

Now that the FEED is finally to commence this will make Infa a very attractive proposition for a potential major to acquire especially come the end of Sept when this phase is due to be completed. Personally, taking into account the money already invested in the project, the fact that this project is going to be vital in boosting the derisory storage currently available and the fact the money (albeit via placing) has been secured for the FEED, I would be surprised if a major player or two are not seriously interested in developing Infa. Trouble is I suspect they will look to acquire it in order to then develop which would mean us getting bought out. No bad thing really....with a successful conclusion of the FEED the project realistically could be worth £40M (10% of potential value of £400M it could be argued Infa is worth once developed). I would expect that the bod will have held discussions with major players already and perhaps have discovered that the bod are not willing to simply give the project away for next to nothing. One thing is for certain though....we have an interesting few months ahead as the story with Infa unfolds. I have high hopes for the success of this project, more so than ever before!

Spud/Brew - today's announcement was definitely a big milestone for the project - nothing we can do about how it was raised other than put it behind us and move on. Nice to see a whole article in The Telegraph on Infrastrata this evening. Bring on the PR - regular positive newsflow to be expected from today imo with plenty of upside from here. Would be interesting to know if the bod still expect a decision on the CBRE grant application in light of the latest raise - if it were to be approved could be useful for Infa as we head through the FEED phase and into the development phase.

The calls to build a new gas storage facility to replace the UK's aging energy infrastructure reached fever pitch after the "Beast from the East" brought freezing temperatures and unprecedented gas demand across the UK this year. But it would still be a bold investment after years of declining profit margins for gas storage operators following a string of milder than average winters. Infrastrata, an AIM-listed company, said it is willing to roll the dice on its bet against the UK’s energy security by diluting its own market value to help fund the next phase of its project. Adrian Pocock, chief executive of Infrastrata, said: “What has been demonstrated by the Beast from the East is that the energy system is vulnerable.” Mr Pocock said the winter gas price spikes are “symptomatic” of the UK’s “increasingly vulnerable” energy system which is “groaning and creaking at the seams”. The Twickenham-based company plans to build one of the first new gas storage sites in decades on the coast of Northern Ireland in a bid to increase the UK’s gas reserves by a quarter. While the group aims to eventually attract institutional investment to the project, it has been forced to offer new shares to the market to raise almost £1m to carry out the full engineering and design studies. Mr Pocock said the raise was a “bitter pill to swallow” after the group’s share price plummeted almost 14pc, but that it needed to kick start the final studies or risk losing the capital it has already secured from the European Union. He told The Telegraph that the group has made “very positive progress” in its talks with long-term infrastructure investors to help build the underground salt caverns which could operate for 40 years. The project has attracted “strong interest” from energy suppliers that hope to use a new facility to store their gas after the shutdown of the UK’s main facility at Rough, he said. By keeping gas in reserve suppliers can avoid buying gas from the global market at times of rocketing demand when prices are highest to help to keep their costs low. The surge in gas heating over the last winter caused market prices to leap to twelve year highs as National Grid issued its first emergency alert.
