The fact is whatever the reason was for the CEO stepping down it's done and dusted and behind us and now we can look forward to a new competent CEO to deliver real growth.
What is clear is this - that the stepping down of Colin and the appointment of Jag will have been known for some time by those in the know (possibly as early as end of Dec) which would explain the consistent drop in SP since then to the date of appointment and the fact that Jag was appointed immediately upon his resignation suggests this has been in the pipeline for a while.
Markets hate uncertainty and this translates in where the SP is presently. All that could change though in a heartbeat but one thing is clear, his replacement might just be what ODX need right now -

Jag Grewal's CV sounds pretty impressive. Am expecting further developments next week in this new chapter of ODX and positive movements in the SP to reflect this. Roll on next week!

I think it's safe to say that they get M4 prospect drilled and copper resource further proved up and, as soon as weather conditions allow we are definitely looking at a joint venture with a large mining company in 2022!!
As for everything else including drawing up plans for extensive re processing of the tailings/spoil heaps whether it be via leaching ( more profitable) or gravity separation or both, and chasing those gold veins at Olympic or Rockhouse, well as BH said, "please bear with us" - they will happen when they happen but one thing is for certain - they will DEFINITELY happen!!
Well cashed up for 2022, and hints of debt funding to support us towards generating decent revenue from re processing for starters means that the risk of diluting shareholders to raise money is reduced substantially!

COPL looking perky on the US OTC market tonight - currently up 9.5% - average daily volume there is usually around just 16k but today's volume is 36.6K and rising.
Imagine if coupled with the Canadian market that the US market starts to pick up there. We really will be seeing £1 in front of the current SP if the yanks start showing more interest!

In relation to the uncertainty re a placing I personally think it's very very unlikely given the latest game changer RNS.
I think as and when further funds maybe needed for further drilling to increase production the likelihood is that they will utilise debt funding as opposed to equity and lets face it - given the sheer scale of the asset we are now known to have, we will have institution's falling over themselves to offer further financing.
Buy the dips like I did today because they won't last long ;)))

If the Scott Ryder CPR comes in showing we actually have 3 Bn barrels not 1.5 Bn knowing our luck this would probably drop to the high 20s that's how bonkers the current shenanigans with the SP is!

Things are very different this time. Nothing from the bod is ramped. Plain talking English letting the facts speak for themselves and delivering on promises which is something Brian has been very good at so far.
