I’m not worried about interest rates tbh, any Bank will like you say factor in the rate they will predict it to be later in the year.

My view is ‘equity’ and after next week IM will be a further asset with a greater value than it is now and once this delay tactic is out the way, further discussions (deal) can take place. I’m sure Arun would have discussed this with any lender.

At the end of the day - we have assets, but IM is a major one that can be sold and have zero impact on what Harl do I.e. building ships….

But we get £800 million plus inflation 😊 and will build more ships with the £77 million also - good business to me 😊

Finance to me is key, it will happen but no doubt the market is hesitant to invest at the moment.

IM is a bonus, but is not why I’m here, the growth of H&W is massive to me. After speaking to JW I have the feeling a new contact will be signed in Q1, plus financing sorted once interest rates reduce in Q1 (after Xmas spending is low).

Exactly- let’s get the best finance deal done - if he was to get one now at a higher rate it’ll cost millions in extra interest payments alone, and people would be crying out ‘you should have waited for a better deal’
