I feel that any investor in H&W would have done there DD and decided to invest, simple really.

You can spout your views, which is fine. I personally take no notice and no doubt many others don’t either.

You may or may not have invested here, yet you continue to post negatives, which makes me think that you’ve been hurt by JW in the past.

I totally agree, HE needs to start talking the positives here, posts on LinkedIn have a small number of interested parties - Nigel needs to earn his wage ‘we as investors are paying for’

If the huggers appeal, what chance do they have of changing anything? The judge basically said they failed 😣 n all counts didn’t they.

You can’t bring new evidence to the table and appeal based on judges findings as the huggers failed out right with the case they presented.
